I AM ONE WITH THE HEALING POWER OF GOD.
Healing is the outward expression of my inner connection with God. As I quiet my mind and open my heart, I affirm my oneness with the power of healing within. I feel the vitality and life of God awakening in every cell, energizing my body. I give my consent to the flow of God’s healing energy.
I support my physical well-being with good rest, exercise, and wholesome food. I lift my emotions with feelings of joy, peace, and love. My mind dwells on active, positive thoughts of hope and health. This focused attention invites the life of Spirit to flow into my mind and body. The light of God now shines forth within every atom and cell of my body, surrounding and infilling me with dynamic, restorative energy. I am harmonized and healed.
